Associate Administrator for the Science Mission Directorate at NASA from 2016 to 2022, responsible for the James Webb Space Telescope, Mars Perseverance Rover and 130 other missions. Founder of the largest Entrepreneurship programme at American Universities - the Michigan Center for Entrepreneurship - and a member of the International Academy of Astronautics.
